Refund policy

• If your order is incorrect or damaged, please email us on info@hadiqalondon.com and we will send you a free returns label.
• If you are not satisfied with a product, you may exchange it for online store credit if returned within 14 days of your purchase. Email us on info@hadiqalondon.com with your order number to start the process.
• All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
• Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 30 working days. We will send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return.
• The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. We will not be liable to provide credit if the product is lost during the shipping process. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address to avoid such situation.
• The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer store credit on lingerie items.
• All sales items are not refundable or eligible for store credit.
